November 10 , 2008 I spent election weekend in Ohio to help the Obama campaign. Check out my blog of the entire experience, which has had a profound impact on my life. To be a part of history...to come back to Texas having helped in whatever small way to win Ohio...it was an experience like no other, and one I will never forget. To the friends that I made while in Ohio, wherever you are now, I hope our paths cross again.

We're creating a genre of Bangladeshi electronic music, aptly called Bang-Electro. Look for more songs coming soon.

It is not only a huge endorsement from someone who is a moderate Republican, but also from someone who was critical to our invasion of Iraq, who now sees what a mistake that was. But here's the really important part of Powell's endorsement - So what if Barack Obama is a muslim? Are there not muslims who are Americans? Are they any less American for being muslim? Isn't it the party asking these inflamatory questions the one that is less American?

September 28 , 2008 I performed in the Laptop Deathmatch competition on September 26, 2008, at Club Dada in Dallas. I came in 3rd place out of 10 competitors, and I had a blast playing the two songs streaming in the player on the left. March 10, 2008 Last week was tough. We worked really hard in Texas, and for Barack to not win the primary by a mere 3% was difficult, and morale was low. However, what was much harder to hear and continues to be is this notion that Clinton somehow destroyed Obama. Not a chance! Obama won more delegates in Texas, and after all is said and done, Clinton might have come out a mere 10 delegates ahead after March 4. Obama will make up for that by the time he rolls through Mississippi. Here's his rally in Columbus..it's about time Barack went on the offensive:
March 1, 2008 Had a visit from Oscar winner Forest Whitaker and his wife, Keisha Nash, at Obama HQ in Dallas. I mentioned that I had to hit the streets to canvas door to door, and he took the time for a quick picture and thanked me sincerely for my efforts supporting Obama. The guy is really geniune and down to earth, and I was happy to have met him.
February 27, 2008 An AMAZING town hall event in Duncanville with Barack Obama. Afterwards, the volunteers for the event were asked to sit behind Barack while he provided an interview for the Ellen DeGeneres Show. The interview (and our rambunctious support for Barack) aired on the February 28 episode, and the Youtube video is below the picture.

October 29, 2007 Played a fantastic set of original music at Zubar in Dallas on Oct 28. The set is streaming from the player on this page, and it contains several songs that are planned for release on the wallpaper record. The second song is a collaboration with Minus You from the Bay Area, and the third song is entirely Minus You. The set starts soft and builds to an energy-filled ending with lots of glitchy techno along the way. Enjoy.
